Return and Refund Policy

At Fragrance World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
1.1. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2.2. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
3.1. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
3.2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3.4. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
4.1. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
4.2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
4.3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4.4. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [Your Customer Service Email].
5.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Customersupport@ghuroobnet.com
6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Customersupport@ghuroobnet.com with details of the damage or defect.
6.2. We may require photos or other evidence of the damage or defect.
6.3. If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
7.1. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
8.1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
8.2. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
We reserve the right to update or change our Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
